This set meal, called Shojin Ryori, is a typical Japanese monk food made entirely from vegetables.
Clean your gut through lots of fiber, minerals and vitamins to live longer.
This class is suitable for vegan & healthy people.
You will learn six Japanese cooking methods: Nimono (simmered), Mushimono (steamed), Sunomono (vinegared), Shirumono (soup), Gohan (rice) and Tsukemono (pickled vegetables).
